Or
Should have passed with minimum 45% marks (40% in the case of reserved category) in Diploma in Engg./Tech., of three years or more duration from any recognized Board of Technical Education or its equivalent Diploma examination.

a) Should have passed Diploma examination from a recognized Board/University; with at least 45% marks (40% in the case of reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering /Technology.
(b) Should have passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% in the case of reserved category) and passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject
. Provided that in the case of candidates belonging to B.Sc. stream, they shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawings and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with the second year subjects.
Provided further that the candidates belonging to B.Sc. stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream. Provided further that candidates, who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology from an AICTE approved institutions or B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, shall also be eligible for admission to the first year Engineering Degree courses subject to vacancies in the first year class in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. However, the admissions shall be based strictly on the eligibility criteria as mentioned in a & b.

The candidates should have passed with minimum 50% marks (45% in the case of reserved category) in aggregate in B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Engg./ Computer Sc. & Engg./ Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Electronics Engg/Electrical Engg. or M.Sc. in Computer Science/ Electronics/ IT/ Software Engg./ Maths/ Physics/Statistics or MCA or its equivalent examination from any recognized University.

M.Sc. (Chemistry) (2-Year)
B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry with at least 50% marks (45% in the case of reserved category) in aggregate from any recognized University.
Or
B.Sc. in full subjects with (Hons) in Chemistry obtaining at least 50% marks (45% in the case of reserved category) in aggregate of Hons examination from any recognized University.
Or
B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the main subjects securing at least 50% (45% in the case of reserved category) marks in aggregate from any recognized University.

MBBS (4-1/2 + 1-Year Internship)
The candidates should fulfill the following minimum conditions to become eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS course :
i. He/She will attain the age of 17 years or more on 31.12.2014.The age shall be determined as per entry in the Matriculation/Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination certificate.
ii. The candidate must have passed both the following examinations:-
a. Senior School Certificate Examination (10+1 & 10+2) of Board of School Education, Haryana or an examination as equivalent thereto with at least five subjects from any recognized Board/University with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together (45% in the case of candidates with Locomotive Disability) and must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually in the qualifying examination. Student is also required to have passed in other subjects of +2 Examination.
b. Placed in the merit list prepared as a result of this Competitive Entrance Test by securing not less than 50% marks (45% in the case of candidates with locomotive disability of lower limbs). iii. The candidate must produce a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Medical Board constituted/ approved by the Principal, M.M. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Mullana. The candidature of a candidate found medically unfit is liable to be cancelled. Any candidate who fails to attend the medical examination on the notified date is liable to forfeit the claim for

Note :-
1. The candidates passing qualifying examination from National Open School shall also be eligible provided they fulfill the conditions laid down at ii (a) above.
2. Diploma in Pharmacy and Dressers Course are not equivalent to 10+2 for the purpose of admission to MBBS/BDS courses according to the rules of MM University.
3. The list of examinations recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examinations of Board of School Education, Haryana as also a list of fake institutions/ Universities/ Boards is available in the Academic Branch of the University which may be consulted before making application for admission to the course.
4. The candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examinations are also eligible to appear in the Entrance Test. But such candidates will have to submit the result of the qualifying examinations at the time of counseling failing which they will not be considered eligible for admission. Any candidate with compartment/re-appear in any subject in 10+2 examination will be considered for admission to MBBS/BDS course only if he/she passed in that subject on or before the date of respective counseling.
The admission will be made as per guidlines of State Govt. of Himachal Pradesh to be notified in the prospectus. A separate Prospectus is issued for admission to MBBS
B.Sc. (NURSING) (4-Year)
The candidates should attain the age of 17 years on or before 31-12-2014 which shall be determined as per entry in the Certificate of Matriculation/Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board/University.
The candidates should have passed the Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) from any recognized Board/University with a minimum of 45% (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. The candidates are also required to pass in 5th subject of 10+2 Examination.
A candidate with compartment in 10+2 examination will be considered for admission in case he/she produces the proof of passing the examination on the day of counseling.
Note: Married candidates are also eligible for admission.
Admission against 85% open seats and 15% NRI seats will be made on the basis of merit of the qualifying examination. 18-6-2014

The candidates should have passed Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) in Five subjects including Chemistry, Biology and English from any recognized University/ Board. Provided that the candidate who has passed 3 year diploma after matric and two year diploma after 10+2 shall be eligible for admission to the relevant branch of B.Sc. (OT) & (MLT) in 2nd year through lateral entry.

Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (3-� year)
Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years.

Minimum Education :
10+2 class passed preferably Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of 40% marks.
10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Health care Science- Vocational stream ONLY, passing out from recognized Board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/ SSCE /HSCE or other equivalent Board with 40% marks.
10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent board from the school and recognized by Indian Nursing Council with 40% marks.
Registered as ANM with State Nursing Registration Council.
Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination or Health care Science- Vocational stream ONLY conducted by National Institute of Open School with 40% marks.
Preference will be given to the candidates in the following order:-
Candidates in the merit, drawn out of the candidates with science subjects (PCB) in qualifying marks.
10+2 Vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent board from the school and recognized by Indian Nursing Council with 40% marks
10+2 with Arts
Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination or Health care Science-Vocational stream ONLY conducted by National Institute of Open School with 40% marks.

MPHW (M) (1-Year)
The candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board/University with five subjects with English as one of the subjects.

  • 25% of the open seats in all the above courses are reserved for bonafide Himachalis.
  • Requisite number of seats are also reserved for the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC/PH categories as per reservation policy of the HP Govt.
